摘要:开环易位聚合(ROMP)反应是现阶段来说被广泛使用来合成功能化聚合物的一个方法,在近二十年多年来众多科学家都在对此进行探索。Grubbs等所研发得到的Grubbs催化剂常常被用作于ROMP反应的催化剂,主要还是因为它的热稳定性相当不错和官能团耐受性也比较强,获取得产物结构也较为清晰明确,而且对于环张力较大的降冰片烯(NBE)类单体来说它作为催化剂具备着相对比较优异的反应活性。同时葡萄糖是一种具有旋光异构体,旋转异构体,构想异构体和同分异构体的多羟基醛。葡萄糖在生物学领域具有重要地位,是活细胞的能量来源和新陈代谢中间产物。含糖聚合物(Glycopolymer)是一类具有良好生物兼容性的侧链含糖基的功能性聚合物,已广泛应用于药物传输、分子识别过程及人体器官组织相容性生物材料等方面。本论文旨在合成新型可用于开环移位聚合的含葡萄糖类聚合物单体,以7-氧杂降冰片烯单体为原料制备得到7-氧杂降冰片烯双丙烯酸衍生物以用作于开环易位聚合,再利用巯基-烯烃加成反应通过7-氧杂降冰片烯衍生物引入目标糖单元和功能基团,通过改变链接基团减少空间位阻效应,制备出含葡萄糖的聚合物单体。72211
