摘要污水经适当处理后仍然含有内分泌干扰物,它们会对生物健康造成严重的危害。环境 抗雄激素是内分泌干扰物的一种,污水处理厂出水中残留的抗雄激素会使受纳水体中的水 生生物雌性化。本研究的目的是对污水处理厂出水中的环境抗雄激素贡献的抗雄激素活性 和生态风险进行研究,为抗雄激素化合物的优先控制提供建议。76147
在已有研究基础上,确定抗雄激素化合物的抗雄激素活性因子及在污水处理厂出水中 的浓度,得到受关注的抗雄激素化合物清单。根据抗雄激素化合物控制的优先性排序方法, 通过考查清单中每种化合物的抗雄激素活性和生态风险,对清单中的每种化合物进行打分 和排序,最终得到优先控制的名单。
初步筛选出 19 种应优先控制的污染物:对硫磷、甲基对硫磷、地草净、氯苯嘧啶醇、 甲氧氯、硫丹Ⅰ、杀螟松、硫丹Ⅱ、苯硫磷、丙硫磷、溴螨酯、丙环唑、2-萘酚、邻苯二 甲酸二己酯、邻苯二甲酸正丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、双酚 A、对叔辛基酚、保棉磷。

Title Priority Analysis for Controlling Environmental Antiandrogen In Effluents of Wastewater Treatment Plants
Abstract There are still endocrine disrupters existing in the effluents of wastewater treatment plants, which would cause adverse effect to living beings。 Environmental antiandrogens are one kind of endocrine disruptors。 It has been proven that residual antiandrogens in the wastewater treatment plants effluents cause aquatic organisms feminization。 The purpose of this study was to recommend the priority control antiandrogens based on their contributed antiandrogenic activities and the ecological risks。
First, the list of potential antiandrogen compounds was obtained considering their antiandrogenic activity factor and the concentrations in the wastewater treatment plants effluents。 Secondly, the contributed antiandrogenic activity and the ecological risks of each antiandrogen in the potential list were calculated。 At last, all the antiandrogens in the potential list were scored and then ranked according to their scores。
In this study, nineteen of the total 149 antiandrogens were suggested to be foremost controlled as followed。 They are parathion, parathion-methyl, diuron, fenarimol, methoxychlor, thiosulfan i, thiosulfan ii, fenitrothion, ethyl-p-nitrophenyl, prothiofos, bromopropylate, propiconazole, 2-naphthol, di-n-hexyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, benzyl butyl phthalate, bisphenol a, p-(tert-octyl) phenol and azinphos-methyl。
