摘 要:本文研究女贞子中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的存在形式及其含量。研究的方法是通过不同的前处理方法测定所得提取物中的齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量。具体是固定乙醇浓度,采用改变溶液的酸碱性、糖化酶和纤维素酶浓度、超声条件下对苏北地产女贞子中齐墩果酸和熊果酸进行提取,用液相色谱法进行测定。结果为:纤维素酶-92%乙醇溶液的超声组合(1。2842,0。4535mg/g)>糖化酶-92%乙醇溶液的组超声组合 (1。1826,0。4234mg/g)>氢氧化钠-92%乙醇溶液的超声组合 (0。9565,0。5225mg/g)>糖化酶-92%乙醇溶液(0。6440,0。4269mg/g)>盐酸-92%乙醇溶液的超声组合 (0。5186,0。2619mg/g)>纤维素-92%乙醇溶液(0。4903,0。3138mg/g)> 92%乙醇溶液的超声组合(0。3254,0。1950mg/g)。这些结果表明:女贞子中的齐墩果酸和熊果酸以游离态(0。3254, 0。1950mg/g,)和糖苷配基(0。6023mg/g;0。3275mg/g)的两种形式存在。同时确定最佳前处理条件具体为以果肉为原料、乙醇与1。5%纤维素酶混合溶液,超声功率40%,超声提取时间30min。79155

Abstract: In this paper, the existence form and the contents of oleanolic acid (OA) and ursolic acid (UA) in fruit of Ligustri Lucidum were studied。 Research methods were that the extraction were extracted from fruit by using different pretreatment methods and contents of OA and UA in the extraction were determined by using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)。 The pretreatment methods were that the extractive condition, which were the acid-base property of extractive solution, the concentration of saccharifying enzyme and cellulose enzyme, and power of ultrasonic and hot extraction, were changed under fixing the concentration of ethanol solution, and then OA and UA was extracted from fruit。 Results show that the contents of OA and UA were: 1。2842 mg/g and 0。4535mg/g (cellulose enzyme-92% ethanol solution of ultrasonic combination) > 1。1826 and 0。4234 (saccharifying enzyme-92% ethanol solution of ultrasonic combination) > 0。9565 and 0。5225 (hydrochloric-92% ethanol solution of ultrasonic combination) > 0。6440 and 0。4269 (saccharifying enzyme-92% ethanol solution) >0。4903 and 0。3138 (cellulose enzyme-92% ethanol solution) > 0。3254 and 0。1950 (92% ethanol solution)。 The results indicate that the oleanolic OA and UA not only exist in the form of free(0。3254, 0。1950mg/g) in fruit, but also in the form of aglycone(0。6023, 0,3275mg/g)。 At the same time, the optimal pretreatment conditons from pulp of Ligustri Lucidum were 92% ethanol solution containing 1。5% cellulose enzyme , 40% ultrasonic power and 30 min。
