摘要: 本课题主要研究了Gemini乳化剂对多重结构乳状液的影响。首先筛选了W/O型乳化剂,确定了基本配方。然后,分别研究了不同配方组成和不同制备工艺对Gemini乳化剂制备多重结构乳状液的影响,同时探索了影响体系稳定性的因素。在此基础上优化了配方组分且改善了体系性能。实验结果表明乳化温度为85℃,均质速度15500rpm,均质时间为5分钟,选择有机蒙脱土-聚甘油脂肪酸混合物为W/O型乳化剂,加入量为2% ;选择Pellicer为O/W型乳化剂,加入量分0。1%;助乳化剂选择硬脂酰谷氨酸钠与硬脂酸和硬脂酸甘油酯,加入量各为1%;内水相用量为5%;选用聚丙烯酸钠/氢化聚癸烯/月桂醇醚-5来增加体系黏度,制备出了多重结构比较明显、膏体光滑、常温下比较稳定的多重结构乳状液。利用这种多重结构乳状液包裹原花青素,并测试其保湿性能和进行透析实验。证明制备得到的多重结构乳状液在包覆原花青素下具有良好的保湿性能以及具有缓释作用。79571

 Characterization of multiple emulsion prepared by Gemini emulsifier

Abstract:This paper mainly studied the effect of Gemini emulsifier on the emulsion of multiple structure。Firstly the W/O emulsifier was chosen then we studied the preparation process of the influence of the Multiple Solid Lipid Nanoparticles。The influence of different factors on the preparation of multiple emulsions with Gemini emulsifier was studied,and studied the influence of the preparation process on the preparation of the emulsion with Gemini structure。At the same time, the factors affecting the stability of the system were explored, and the composition of the system was improved and the performance of the system was improved。 The results showed that the emulsion temperature is 85 ℃; The speed of homogenizer was 15500rpm ;Homogenizing time is 5 minutes。Choose organic montmorillonite - polyglycerol fatty acid mixture as the W/O emulsifier, the amount was 2%;Choose Pellicer as the O/W emulsifier with the amount of 0。1%;Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate and stearic acid and glyceryl stearate were added to the cosurfactant, and the addition amount was 1% ;Choose 5% of deionized water as the internal water phase content;Using Sodium polyacrylate / hydrogenated poly decyl / lauryl ether -5 to increase viscosity。The multiple structure emulsion with obvious multiple structure, smooth paste and stable at room temperature was prepared。Using this multiple emulsion structure to coated proanthocyanidins and test their moisture retention properties,at last do a dialysis experiment。It was proved that the prepared multi-structure emulsion had good moisturizing property and sustained-release effect under the coated procyanidins。
