本设计也充分考虑了人员安全和环境保护方面的问题。在生产过程中,要求生产人员严格遵守操作规程,做好毒性防护措施,并经常参加相关培训,了解相关信息。
本设计根据设计任务书所下达的任务,顺利完成对硅丙乳液车间工艺的设计。在整个设计过程中,我对生产硅丙乳液的流程有了一个全面的认识。并根据所学的专业知识,结合自己在认知实习中的经验,灵活应用,为今后从事相关的生产管理工作打下了一定的基础。10346

Illustration As the high-rise building’s rapidly developing by each passing day, the external wall’s decorations are so attracted that 80%~90% of them have adopted coating at abroad. And the domestic construction industries have gradually realized that it’s wasted, high-coasted, easily damaged , difficultly repaired to use mosaics, bricks or other hard materials. On the contrary, it’s beautiful, safe, low coasted to use external coatings.
The focus on external coating is the high-performance of the basal filming materials. Among them, silicone-acryl ate emulsion adds -C-Si-O-Si- bond which has great stability to the molecular linking of the copolymer polymer. So, the silicone-acryl ate coatings is obviously superior to styrene-acryl ate coatings and pure acryl ate coatings, which are currently used, in contamination resistance, ageing resistance and UV resistance, and so on. The silicone-acryl ate emulsion has been approved to the majority basal material of the external wall coatings in the 21st century. Now its synthesizes and applications have become the hotspot to some scientific research institutions or universities.
The silicone-acryl ate emulsion of the design combines silicone and acryl ate whose polar is different ultimately. By making full use of their advantages, the silicone-acryl ate emulsion receives the both excellent performance. It has great significance in the theoretical research and practical application. It is believed that the design will be in favor of the production enterprises.
According to the design assignment, the design of workshop craft about the year producing 450 ton silicone-acryl ate emulsion. By consulting amounts of references and looking up the similar factory, the process operations and the equipments of tetramethylammonium hydroxide silicon lakesides, vinyl silicone intermediates and silicone-acryl ate emulsion have been argued and designed scientifically.
The production of silicone-acryl ate emulsion includes three-steps: the synthesis of tetramethylammonium hydroxide silicon lakesides, vinyl silicone intermediates and silicone-acryl ate emulsion. According to the different performances of these three products, the design selects the corresponding directions and the appropriate process by referring to relevant standards.
The important feature of this design is the integrated production of the silicone- acryl ate emulsion. Manufacturers needn’t buy the catalysts or silicone intermediates from other companies. It helps to reduce the cost and increase the flexibility. The component of silicone- acryl ate emulsion is complex. Besides the monomer, the emulsifier, the initiator and the water, sometimes it needs to add the pH buffer or the pH adjustment agent. The design lists the basic directions of three steps, including the component, the dosage and the basic specification.
In term of the performance requirements of the products, the emulsion polymerization technology and the heat exclusion, the design chooses the pre-selected emulsion polymerization semi-continuous process. This process has many advantages, such as: assuring the stabilization of the system temperature and the polymerization, avoiding the emergence of the exothermic peak; effectively controlling the composition of the emulsion polymer; narrowing the distribution of the particle size and the molecular weight; improving the constancy of the emulsion system; shortening the production’s phase, improving its efficiency etc.
