The types of the equipments have been selected or designed, as well as the corresponding technology parameter. The major equipments of the production include the pre-emulsion tank, the reactor, the heat exchangers, the high slot, the filter, the pumps and so on. According to the actual conditions, the design lists the equipments and their related manufacturers. Particularly focusing on the selection of the reactor and the designment of the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger’s designment includes its material, the covered kettle, the stirring, the jacket, the seal, and others. The design conforms to the principle of the viable process, the reliable security, the rational economy, the easy operation, and so on. And determining the heat exchanger’s velocity, the heat-contained and the end-temperature. On the base of estimating the heat transferring area, the design determines the size of the heat exchanger’s every configuration.
Combining the production crafts and the products, the balance of materials and the energy has been calculated. Originally, the annual output of the silicone-acryl ate emulsion year designing is 450 tons, according to the direction, vinyl silicone intermediate’s demandment is about 21.04 tons and tetramethylammonium hydroxide silicon lakeside's demandment is about 0.24 tons. This design uses an assembly line of the silicone-acryl ate emulsion, with working 200 days a year, 10 hours a day.
According to the design of the workshop craft on one year producing 300 ton silicone-acryl ate emulsion, the workshop adopts rectangular and double layer. The size of the workshop is 18m×6m×10m. During the design of the workshop, the environment protections and workers’ crafts are also considered adequately. Firstly, the rectangular workshop is advantaged to design the whole workshop, and also advantaged to the light and the ventilation. Secondly, the double-layers workshop has a higher using rate. And the space is easy to have left originally expanding.
During the design, some questions on personnel’s crafts and environment protects are also considered fully. Through the non-craft designment, requesting the personnel follow the regulation to operation, and usually attending the related training to learn about the relevant information.
According to the assignment, I accomplished the design. By the design, I have an abundance about the production of the silicone-acryl ate emulsion. I reviewed lots of knowledge, and then studied kinds of new to finish the design independently. It improved my capability on this field.
