摘要蜡梅碱是从蜡梅的不同位置提取分离的一种重要吲哚生物碱。蜡梅碱分子中具有 特殊的二聚结构,它们是由吲哚并吡咯的三环体系通过二聚偶联而成。而吲哚并吡咯 类化合物结构简单,种类繁多,研究表明,该类化合物具有一定的抗病毒活性。为了 开发新型海洋防污涂料,在本文中,采用吲哚衍生物吲哚-3-乙腈作为原料,合成的 蜡梅碱骨架吲哚并吡咯,并在该骨架上修饰合成了一系列半蜡梅碱类似物。主要研究 内容及结果如下:82619
1。首先采用吲哚-3-乙腈作为原料,用 DMSO 作为催化氧化剂和溶剂,用 37%的 HCl 氧化反应合成产物 ABS1,ABS1。
2。以化合物 ABS1 作为反应物,THF 为溶剂,氢化钠为碱,和过量的 BnBr,C2H5I, C3H7I 反应,分别生成 N 和 C 的复合 ABS1 - 3 双苄基,双乙基和双丙基产品 ABS2-1, ABS2-2,ABS2-3。
3。化合物 ABS2-1,ABS2-2 ABS2-3 用 THF 作为溶剂,以 LiAlH4 作为还原剂,进行 还原关环反应,得到吲哚并吡咯三环体系的亚胺化合物 ABS3-1 ,ABS3-2 ,ABS3-3。
4。 以 ABS3 亚胺化合物作为底物,用无水吡啶作为碱,与酸酐进行酰化反应得到 了第一种半蜡梅碱类似物 ABS4-1,每种酸酐反应两次,共得到 10 种产物。

Abstract Calycanthine from different locations in the wax plum flower extraction and separation of a kind of important indole alkaloids。 Especially the dimer structure wax plum flower alkali molecules, they made by dimer coupling indole and pyrrole three-ring system。 And indole and pyrrole compounds has simple structure, sort is more, research has shown that this compound has certain activity of plant pathogens。 To develop new type of Marine antifouling coatings, in this article, indole derivatives indole - 3 - acetonitrile as raw materials, synthetic wax plum base skeleton indole and pyrrole keys, and the synthesis of modified on the frame of a series of half a wax plum flower base analogues, and preliminary determine the activity of bacteria and plant pathogenic fungi。 The main research contents and results are as follows:
