摘要我国是传统的农业大国,小麦秸秆作为一种重要的农业废弃物,可再生,绿色清洁,蕴藏量巨大,可获得性好,资源化利用情况不甚理想,如何使秸秆资源得到合理高效利用成为人们越来越关注的问题。本文对麦秸秆的成分和资源量进行简要说明,并对其进行了工业分析和热值的测定;在一系列温度下对麦秸秆进行炭化处理,选取适当的温度点利用炭化样品制得了秸秆浆体燃料,并对其燃烧特性进行简单分析。通过对比相同温度、不同炭化时间和不同温度、相同炭化时间的焦渣产率变化规律得出一系列结论。为麦秸秆的工业化利用提供了简单的参考,对麦秸秆的炭化研究提供一定的实验基础,同时也为生物质炭制浆提供了思路。83097

Title Combustion performance analysis of straw pulp
Abstract China is a traditional agricultural country, wheat straw as a kind of important agricultural waste, renewable, clean and green, huge reserves, resource utilization is not very ideal。 How to make rational and efficient use of straw resources become a matter of growing concern。 In this paper, the composition and amount of resources wheat straw were briefly introduced, and its analysis of industrial and calorific value were determined; wheat straw was carbonized at
a series of temperatures, straw charcoal slurry was prepared with the appropriate temperature carbonization samples。 The combustion characteristics of the charcoal slurry was studied。 By comparing the same temperature, different carbonization time and different temperature, the same carbonization time of the coke slag yield change law to draw a series of conclusions。 Providing a reference for the industrial use of wheat straw, meanwhile, providing some experimental basis for the study of carbonized wheat straw and ideas for the biomass charcoal powder。
