摘要高炉富氧喷吹煤粉能够降低焦比和燃料成本,这不仅会给钢厂带来经济效益也会降 低炼焦对环境造成的污染,因此钢厂普遍对高炉进行富氧喷煤。钢厂的技术人员通过观 察和经验确定富氧率,但是这种方式很难获得最佳富氧率。本研究以此为背景,以某钢 厂 1080m3 高炉为研究对象,建立了富氧喷煤经济评价数学模型,研究高炉操作条件下 的最佳富氧率,为该型高炉冶炼相关操作参数的确定提供理论依据。
以某钢厂 1080m3 高炉原燃料条件等相关参数为依据,根据质能方程建立了高炉富 氧喷吹模型,以富氧率为变量根据相关限制条件确定合适的焦比、煤比、和鼓风湿度, 研究了不同富氧率下,高炉操作参数的变化并找出变化规律。然后,构造成本计算函数, 根据已获得的高炉操作参数进行成本核算,研究富氧率变化对高炉冶炼成本的影响,分 析确定该高炉冶炼条件下的最佳富氧率。最后研究最佳富氧率随煤焦差价和氧气价格变 动而发生的变化。结果表明:富氧率每增加百分之一,煤比增加 10kg/tHM,煤焦置换 比不超过 0。8 并随着煤比增加而下降。计算成本时不考虑煤气回收成本最佳富氧率较低, 考虑后的最佳富氧率增加到 7%,吨铁成本较基准期下降较多。氧气价格越低,最佳富 氧率越高。焦炭价格不变时,煤焦差价越大,最佳富氧率越大,吨铁成本越低。83545

Abstract Oxygen-enriched blast furnace with pulverized coal injection can reduce coke rate and the fuel cost, which will not only bring economic benefits to steel mills but also reduce coking pollution to the environment, so the steel mills generally use technology of oxygen-enriched and pulverized coal injection for blast furnace。 Steel technical personnel determine the rate of oxygen enrichment through the observation and experience, but this way is very difficult to get the best rate of oxygen enrichment。 Based on this background, an economic evaluation

The study was based on the relevant operation parameters of a 1080 m3 blast furnace in a
steel plant and an oxygen-enriched blast furnace injection model was established according to the mass and energy equation。 Oxygen enrichment rate was variable and appropriate coke rate、 coal ratio and blast humidity were determined according to the relevant constraints。 The change of blast furnace operating parameters was searched and the changing rule under different oxygen enrichment rate was found out。 Then, the cost calculation function was constructed and the cost was calculate according to the obtained blast furnace operation
parameters, the influence of the change of oxygen enrichment rate on the blast furnace smelting cost was searched, the best oxygen enrichment rate under this blast furnace smelting condition was determined by analysis。 Finally, the change of the best rate of oxygen enrichment was searched under different oxygen price and the change of price difference of coke and pulverized coal。 Results showed that coke ratio increased by 10 kg/tHM when oxygen enrichment rate increased one percent, coke and coal replacement ratio was no more than 0。8 and decreased with the increase of coal ratio, the best oxygen enrichment rate was low when the cost of gas recovery was not considered while the best oxygen enrichment rate increased to 7% and the cost of ton iron was less than reference period when the cost of gas recovery was considered。 The lower of price oxygen was, the higher of the best oxygen enrichment rate was。 When the price of coke was constant, the bigger price difference of coke and coal was, the bigger of the best oxygen enrichment rate was and the cost of pig-iron was lower。
