摘要:师幼互动是发生于教师与幼儿之间的双边互动的活动,它不仅能够促进师幼的共同发展,而且是作为衡量幼儿园教育教学活动的质量的标准而存在的。基于此,本研究以S幼儿园为例,主要运用观察法对师幼互动的现状开展调查。本文从师幼互动的概念界定、师幼互动的现状、师幼互动的原因分析这几大部分展开。并提出适当控制班级规模,提高师幼比例、给予幼儿充分表达的机会,体现幼儿的主体地位、开展校本培训,提升教师专业素养等改善建议。84993

The Investigation of Current Situation of Teacher-children Interaction
in Kindergarten's Collective Teaching Activities
——Taking Kindergarten S in Zhoukou as an Example
Abstract:Teacher-children interaction, a mutual activity between teacher and young children, can stimulate the development of both teacher and children。 And most importantly, it exists as the quality standard to measure pedagogicalactivity in kindergarten。 Based on that, this paper intends to take kindergarten S as the object, and mainly use observational method to investigate the current situation of teacher-children interaction。 This paper is pided into four parts。 The first part is about the definition of teacher-children interaction, the second part is status quo of it, the third part is the reason of it, and the last part is suggestion for problems in teacher-children interaction, such as controlling class scale, increasing percentage of teacher-children, giving children full opportunity to express themselves,enhancing students' dominate position, implementing intra-school teacher training, and improving teachers' professional quality。

——以周口市S幼儿园为例
《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》第三部分第十条中提出“教师关注并敏感地察觉幼儿在活动中的表现与反应及需要,及时调整活动计划并用适当的方式应答,使之适合于幼儿的学习。”[1]师幼互动,是指在幼儿园中的教师与幼儿之间的产生相互影响过程的综合,师幼互动对于有效开展教学活动具有重要的影响。以《纲要》作为教师开展教育教学活动的指南,把握好幼儿教育的基本原则,有利于提高教学活动的效果,更好地促进幼儿的全面发展。 论文网
