摘要本研究采取事件取样观察法对杭州市滨江区某幼儿园的 102 名幼儿和 6 位教师进行了为
期近一个月的观察,收集到晨间活动中的师幼互动行为事件共 466 件,并对其通过互动主体、 互动性质、互动主题、互动结果四个维度进行记录分析。研究发现,晨间活动中的师幼互动 具有以下几个特点:1。晨间活动中幼儿自主性较强;2。师幼互动主体的分布存在年龄差异; 3。师幼互动结果以接受为主;4。师幼互动结果在不同互动主题下的分布具有显著差异;5。 受动者的互动性质与施动者的互动性质显著相关;6。在不同的互动主题下互动性质的分布存 在显著差异。针对以上的特点,笔者对教师提出了两条教育建议:1。始终以积极正面的情感 特征与幼儿互动;2。减少不必要的干预,发挥幼儿自主性。88606
Abstract In this study, a total of 466 children and six teachers in a kindergarten in Binjiang District, Hangzhou were interviewed for a period of nearly one month。A total of 466 cases of incidental events were collected from the morning activities。 Through the interactive subject,interactive nature, interactive theme,interactive results of four dimensions of the record analysis。The study found that the interaction between the teachers and students in the morning activities has the following characteristics: 1。In morning activity, children have strong autonomy; 2。The distribution of the major of teacher-child interactions have age differences ; 3。The results of teacher-children interactions are mainly to accept;4。The distribution of the major of teacher-child interactions have significant difference under the different interactive theme;5。 The interactive nature of the actives is significantly related to the interaction nature of the passives ; 6。 The distribution of the interaction properties have significantly difference under the different interactive themes。 In view of the above characteristics, the author put forward two educational suggestions to the teacher: 1。Teacher should be always positive when interact with children; 2。Teacher should reduce the unnecessary intervention,and play children’s autonomy。源Q于D优G尔X论V文Y网wwW.yOueRw.com 原文+QQ75201`8766
