摘要本研究以杭州市某三所公办园的 42 位幼儿教师为调查对象,主要通过问卷法了解他们对混龄教育 的认知,以及现阶段混龄教育的开展状况。调查发现:1。大部分的教师对混龄教育已经有了大体的认识, 开始逐步接触混龄教育。2。现阶段混龄教育的开展还存在较大的困难,普通教师对于混龄教育还无法胜 任,缺乏积极尝试的热情。3。现阶段比较可行的混龄教育开展方式是进行小跨度、间断式的混龄,主要 的活动形式为游戏及生活活动。根据这些发现,本研究的建议:1。幼儿教师应当深入了解混龄教育理念。 2。幼儿园应当重视混龄教育价值为其发展提供便利。3。幼儿教师的培养内容中应当增加混龄教育。88604
Abstract In this study a three public park in hangzhou 42 preschool teachers as investigation object, through the questionnaire about their cognition to the mixed-age education, and the situation of mixed-age education at the present stage。 Survey found that: 1。 most of the teachers' understanding of mixed-age education have roughly, begin to contact mixed-age education step by step。2。 the mixed-age education at the present stage of development also there is a big difficulty, ordinary teachers for mixed-age education is still insufficient, lack of positive enthusiasm to try。 3。 the present mixed-age education to carry out the way to more practical is small, intermittent type of mixed age span, the main forms of activities for the game and life activities。 Based on these findings, the recommendations of this study: 1。 Kindergarten teachers should be in-depth understanding of mixed age education philosophy。 2。 Kindergarten should pay attention to the value of mixed education for its development to facilitate。 3。 The training of preschool teachers should increase the content of mixed education。
