摘要班级文化是班级管理中的不容小觑的组成要素，越来越受到教育工作者们的重视，它作为一种 独具特色的精神财富和物质形态，形成于师生日常教育教学管理活动。小学生人格的形成也主要在 童年时期，儿童的童年期绝大部分时间是在学校和班级里度过的，良好的班级文化有利于学生健全 人格的形成。笔者通过问卷调查、观察等方法，从班级文化建设的物质文化、精神文化、制度文化、 行为文化四个维度来对杭州小学班级文化建设现状进行探究，揭示了班级物质文化停在硬性要求上、 精神文化导向性弱、行为文化形式偏向保守、制度文化缺乏新意的问题，在对此进行归因分析的基 础并提出了一些相应的建议：发挥学生主体性，提高参与度；加强精神导向性，发挥个性化；增强 活动有趣性，丰富多样性；增加奖惩新颖性，加强针对性等，希望对小学班级文化建设的有效性有所帮助。89077

Abstract Class culture as an important part of the class management, attaches great importance to by the general education workers, is the teachers and students in education, teaching and management, and other activities with unique characteristics of spiritual wealth and physical form。 Pupils personality formation is mainly in childhood, children's childhood, most of the time is spent in school and class, good class culture is conducive to the formation of students' healthy personality。 The author through the questionnaire investigation, observation and other methods, from the class culture construction of material culture, spiritual culture, system culture, behavior culture four dimensions to explore the present situation and problems of the cultural construction of the Hangzhou primary class, reveals the park on the rigid requirements of the class of material culture, spiritual culture orientation weak, conservative, lack of system culture, behavior culture forms new problem, on the basis of this attribution analysis and puts forward some corresponding hope to help the effectiveness of the primary class culture construction。
