摘    要本课题在借鉴国内外师生互动的研究成果的基础上,采用文献法、观察法、访谈法主要对杭州市某小学语文、数学英语课堂的师生互动状况进行了研究,观察了课堂中两种主要的师生互动形式——以问答为主的师生互动和以小组活动为形式的师生互动,认为在两种形式的互动中,教师提问的问题过于宽泛,有时候太浅表,问得过多、过于频繁,提问对象的不公平、小组活动缺乏教师的指导、小组活动讲究形式而不追求实效等,这些也是目前小学课堂中的师生互动中存在的问题。笔者认为,首先,课堂教学中的师生互动是有效的互动,在互动中要尽量挖掘教材的价值,全面发展和提升学生的生命质量。巧妙的师生活动设计步骤,使学生都积极地投入到思考中去,有效地训练学生各方面的能力。其次,课堂教学中的师生互动又是平等的互动,这体现在师生关系的平等和生生关系的平等两个方面。再次,课堂中的师生互动是真实的互动。真实的师生互动是指教师和学生都能全心全意的投入其中,教师鼓励学生表达自己的想法和体验及思考,充分挖掘学生学习的主动性,让他们自觉地参与教育活动,发挥主体作用,实现个人素质的提高,只有这样才能达到我们教育的目的。为此,笔者从教师的课堂提问和小组合作学习两个方面提出小学课堂师生有效互动的策略。88944

This research profits from the research results ---the domestic and the foreign about teacher-student interaction。 Using the literature law, the method of inspection, method of the interview, the researcher mainly entered the class, including Chinese class, Mathematics class, English class of one elementary school in Hangzhou, to research the condition of teachers and pupils’ interaction。 In the classroom the researcher observed the main teachers and students’ interaction form。 ----the form of ask and answer ,the form of group cooperation, thought that in these two forms, the question shallow, the group moves lacks teacher's instruction, the group moves not pursuing the actual effect and so on are the main questions which exist in the present elementary school classroom。 From viewer and practitioner's angle, the author has a new understanding and awareness in the teacher-student interaction of the primary-school classroom。 First of all, classroom teaching in the teacher-student interaction should be effective interaction, in an interactive teaching material, we should try to tap the value of all-round development and enhance the quality of life of students。 Clever design steps of teachers and students of the activities can make the students actively thinking, can effectively train students in various capacities。 Second, the teacher-student interaction in the classroom teaching is the interaction of equality。 It reflected in the teacher-student relationship of equality and equality between two aspects。 Third, the classroom teacher-student interaction is real interaction。 Real teacher-student interaction refers to the teachers and students can become involved with this wholeheartedly, teachers encourage students to express their ideas and experiences and to reflect on and fully tap the initiative of students so that they can consciously participate in educational activities, play a main role in achieving the improvement of personal qualities。 This is the only way to achieve our aim of education。 So the researcher proposed the effectively strategy。
