摘    要改革开放以来，我国的非公有制经济经历了从无到有、从弱到强的转变，为我国经济的腾飞做出了卓越的贡献，也因此成长起来一个全新的社会群体——非公有制经济人士。当前，年轻一代非公人士已经成为我国经济发展中的重要力量。与老一代相比，年轻一代非公人士在思想观念上更加开放，政治参与上个更加积极，价值取向上更加多元，社会责任感也更加强烈，总体上表现得积极向上。但是，在部分年轻一代非公人士中依然存在着明显的认识误区，他们易受西方政治思潮的影响，对本国国情了解不够，对社会主义核心价值观的认同摇摆不定。因而，针对年轻一代非公人士存在的这些思想政治问题，党和政府应当以社会主义核心价值观为指导，搭建年轻一代非公人士沟通展示的平台，建立一个全方位、多层次的引导体系，引导年轻一代非公人士的健康成长。88928

Abstract Since the reform and opening up, the non-public sector economy of China has experienced from zero to one, from weak to strong, made outstanding contributions to the growth of Chinese economic , and therefore emerging a new social group – the non-public ownership economic personage。 At present, the younger generation of non-public ownership has become an important force in Chinese economic development。 Compared with the older generation, the younger generation are more opening in the ideology, having a more positive attitude in political participation and stronger sense of  social responsibility, and in general, they are positive。 However, in the part of the younger generation still exist obvious misunderstanding, they are more likely to be influenced by western ethos, have not know enough about the national conditions, and they are pendulous about the socialist core values。 Therefore, aiming at the ideological and political problems which the younger generation of non-public ownership have , the party and the government should take the guidance of socialist core values, and build a platform for the younger generation of non-public ownership to communicate and demonstrate, and establish a comprehensive, multi-level guiding system, for guiding the younger to growth healthily。
