摘 要目的:本研究以中学生的考试焦虑、考前应付方式的特点展开,探讨两者与学业成绩的关系。方法:采用《考试焦虑程度自我检查》量表及《应付方式》问卷对196名中学生进行调查,运用皮尔逊相关分析、独立样本T检验、方差分析等统计方法。结果:①考试焦虑与学生学业成就之间存在弱,但显著的负相关关系(r = -0。242,p < 0。05);②中学生考试焦虑与应对方式的 4个因素有显著的相关关系,其中,与自责的相关系数最高(r=0。416,p<0。001);应付方式中的求助与学业成绩呈弱显著正相关,退避、幻想与自责呈显著负相关。89279(r=-0。216,p<0。01;r=0。237p<0。05;r=-0。214,p<0。001;r=-0。325;p<0。05)。
不同的焦虑水平在应付方式上的差异显著(问题解决除外)。③使用问题解决、自责、退避和合理化的应付方式对学业成绩的影响有显著差异:使用问题解决和求助的应付方式有利于提高学生的数学和英语成绩,使用合理化的应付方式有利于提高学生的语文成绩,而使用自责的应付方式对数学成绩有一定的消极作用,使用退避的应付方式对数学和英语成绩有负面效应。应付方式中的自责、求助和退避进入了回归方程,自责首先进入回归方程,它可以解释学业成绩的3。5%的变异量。④应付方式中的自责、求助与退避三者在考试焦虑与学业成绩间有部分中介作用。结论:中学生的考试焦虑、应付方式与学业成绩密切相关。
