摘要随着经济和科技的发展，人们对于教育的重视程度越来越高，同时大学生家教现象也越来越常见。本文首先介绍了大学生家教现象的背景及原因，并突出如今大学生家教的需求非常大。接着本文将根据大学生家教与学校教育中课堂教学的不同之处以及影响学员学习效果的有关大学生教员的重要因素，总结得出大学生家教的更有效教学模式，以便师范类院校大学生在充实自己的情况下也能提供更好的家教服务，也能为师范生之后进入实际教学工作岗位提供可实施性的建议。89532

此次研究采用问卷调查的方法收集数据，用SPSS软件处理数据，通过相关统计学原理，分析各组数据的平均值、方差等，从而给出影响家教效果的最重要的几个因素,并指出它们对教育工作的参考价值。

With the development of the economy, science and technology, increasing importance has been attached to the education。 Meanwhile, the phenomenon of college students' tutoring becomes more and more popular。 Firstly this paper introduces the background and causes of college students tutoring, and then highlights that the demands of college students' tutoring are very large。 After that, this paper summarizes a more effective teaching mode of college students’ tutoring according to the difference between the college students' tutoring and classroom tutoring in high school education, together with the important factors of undergraduates influencing the efficiency of the student’s learning。 It can help students in normal universities provide better tutor services when they are enriching themselves, and can also provide practical suggestions for the normal students to enter the actual teaching work。

In this work, questionnaire survey method and SPSS software are used for data collecting and processing, respectively。 With the statistical principle, the mean values and variances are carefully analyzed for multiple sets of data。 The most important influencing factors of the college students' tutoring are then revealed, and their reference values for education are shown。
