摘要学生的执行力是社区实践活动培养学生的重要能力之一。当前,社区实践活动中小学生执行力培养尚存在如下问题:社会实践活动频率低时长短,形式显单一化;活动兴趣缺失,执行意愿不高;能力培养局限,培养手段不足;六大能力初塑,执行技能不全。因此,社区实践活动中学校、家庭、社区应加强联合,以培养学生执行力为理念,具体要通过以下路径:三面联合,基础整改;内容改革,提高兴趣;加强引导,能力培养;自主探究,活动反思,来有效的培养和发展小学生的执行力。90012
