摘 要: 基础教育又称九年义务教育,旨在于让每个适龄孩子平等享受教育的机会。然而,优质的教育资源并不是无限的。尤其是近年以来,随着经济迅速发展、城镇化进程的加快出现了优质教育资源愈发向城镇倾斜的情况,导致了城乡基础教育产生了两极分化现象。比如各地区间、学校间出现财政经费支出不均匀、教师队伍不稳定、学校基础设施不完善等一系列问题。本文在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,利用教育实习的有利条件对上海市奉贤区城乡基础教育资源配置情况开展实地考察,从财力资源、教师资源、物力资源三方面分析如今城乡基础教育存在的问题,剖析形成教育资源差距的原因,并提出均衡配置教育资源的对策。93316

Abstract: Basic education is also called the nine-year compulsory education, which aims to make every school-aged children enjoy the educational opportunity equally。 However, the high quality education resources are not infinite。 Especially in recent years, along with the rapid economic development of economy and the fast progress of urbanization, the high quality education resources are more leaning to town, leading to the polarization phenomenon between urban and rural。 For example, a series of problems appears ,such as the non-uniform fiscal funds, unstable teachers and imperfect school infrastructures。 This paper is based on the results of the predecessors’ research achievements, l make full use of the advantages of educational experience to make a field trip about urban and rural basic education resource allocation situation in Fengxian District of Shanghai。 From three aspects including financial resources ,teacher resources and material resources, l analysis the presents problems existing between the urban and rural basic education, point out the gap of educational resource, and put forward several countermeasures to balance the educational resource。
