摘 要： 教学团队建设是提高教学水平、推进我国高等学校教学改革的一项重要项目。结合培养卓越教师的时代要求，本文以小学教育专业为例，通过审视我国高校教学团队建设现状，并以此对教学团队提出四点建设策略：建立合理的团队规模结构，打造专业融合的师资队伍；提供充足的资源保障，利用地方优秀的教师资源；完善团队的运行机制，提高学科课程的教学效果；培养优秀的团队文化，转变学生被动的学习方式。93612
