    摘要:挫折教育是指为了提高学生面对逆境时解决问题的能力,减少和预防挫折情境对学生身心健康造成危害而进行的素质教育。挫折教育是人生的必修课,小学生也不例外。小学生的身心特点需要进行挫折教育;未来社会的发展需要对小学生进行挫折教育;实施素质教育需要对小学生进行挫折教育。然而,由于挫折教育缺乏支持与指导;传统考试制度的消极影响;挫折教育理论研究不足;学校教育与家庭、社会教育缺少合作等;导致挫折教育缺失,小学生出现各种心理问题。因此,对小学生实施挫折教育,应发挥学校主阵地效应,努力建设和谐校园;家长应允许孩子失败,主动对孩子进行挫折教育;社会要营造有利于小学生挫折教育的文化氛围;学生要加强自我了解,促进自我发展。49777

      Problems and Countermeasures of Primary School Students' Frustration Education

    Abstract: Frustration Education is one way of implementing Quality Education. The purpose of frustration education is in order to improve the student’s ability to face of adversity, reduce and prevent the setback situation cause harm to students' health of physical and psychological. Frustration education is a compulsory course in life, the primary school students are no exception. The physical and psychological characteristics of the primary school students need to be setback education. The development of the future society needs to carry on the setback education to the elementary school students. To carry out the Quality-oriented Education needs to carry on the frustration education to the elementary school students. However, due to the lack of support and guidance for frustration education, the negative influence of the traditional examination system, lack of setback education theory research, school and family and social lack of cooperation, resulting in primary school students appear a variety of psychological problems. Therefore, there are some suggestions about the frustration education of elementary school students. Firstly, pupils' implementation frustration education must be attention to the effect of the main positions of the school. It needs to build a harmonious campus for them. Secondly, the parents should care for children’s growth and help them when their children encounter difficulties. Thirdly, it is the duty for the society to create a favorable cultural atmosphere of frustration education. Finally, the primary students should learn to understand themselves in order to promote the ability to face trouble situation.
