摘要:近年来我国的学前教育飞速发展，各地高校学前教育专业大规模扩招，每年的学前教育专业的毕业生人数也越来越多。随之而来的毕业生就业问题日益严重。本研究主要通过采用问卷调查法对师范学院2016级教育科学学院学前教育本科专业毕业生的就业意向及其影响因素进行了探究。调查数据表明，学前教育专业本科毕业生就业意向可能不明确，期望值过高现实社会有所脱节。其就业意向主要受到社会、家庭、自身等因素影响。并在此基础上提出：政府加强宏观调控进一步保障教师的社会地位和合法权益、学校给毕业生良好的就业指导、整体提高自身的素质正确认知自己，树立起正确的就业观等合理化建议。79279

Investigation of Graduates' Employment and its influencing factors of Intention

—— Normal University Educational Science Preschool Education Case

Abstract: In recent years, the rapid development of China's pre-school, pre-professional colleges and universities around the large-scale enrollment, the annual pre-professional graduates is also increasing。 Graduates attendant problems become increasingly serious。 In this study, mainly through the use of questionnaires for 2016,  Normal University Educational Science College Graduates Employment Intention undergraduate pre-school education and its influencing factors were explored。 Survey data show that pre-professional graduates employment intentions may not be clear, the real world has high expectations out of touch。 Their employment intentions by major social, family, and other factors affect itself。 And on this basis put forward: the Government to strengthen macro-control to further protect the social status of teachers and the legitimate rights and interests, a good school to graduate employment guidance, improve the overall quality of their own correct understanding of their own, to establish a correct outlook on employment rationalization proposals。
