摘要：校车安全事故频繁发生，特别是农村私立幼儿园校车安全事故的发生，引起了社会各界的高度重视，提高了人们对农村私立幼儿园校车安全问题的关注度。本研究采用文献法、访谈法、问卷调查法对农村私立幼儿园校车安全问题进行分析，发现农村私立幼儿园校车安全存在严重超载；司机素质参差不齐；校车安全性能低；安全重视程度低等问题，针对农村私立幼儿园校车安全问题提出了：健全监督制度；优化校车司机岗前考核制度；增加对校车的管理；加大安全宣传的建议对策，进而营造出良好的校车环境，让幼儿坐上安全校车，保障幼儿的身心健康发展。79457

Study on Safety Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Private Kindergarten School Bus

——Taking the Five Kindgartens of Shao Huo Temple for Example

Abstract:the school bus safety accidents occur frequently, especially the rural private kindergarten school bus safety accidents, caused by the high attention of the communityRaise people's attention to the rural private kindergarten school bus safety problem。This study used the literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method to analyze the safety of rural private kindergarten school bus。Found that the rural private kindergarten school bus safety is seriously overloaded;Uneven quality of drivers;School bus safety performance is low;Not too much attention to safety and so on。In view of the rural private kindergarten school bus safety problem:Sound supervision system;Optimization of bus driver pre assessment system;Increase the management of the school bus;To increase the security of the proposed measures。To create a good environment for the school bus,Let the children sit on the safety school bus, and ensure the healthy development of children's physical and mental health。
