摘要:游戏是幼儿生活中主要的活动形式,而角色游戏在幼儿游戏活动和积累生活经验中是一种不可或缺的阶段。角色游戏中教师的指导对幼儿的成长起到了重要的作用。鉴于此,本文通过观察法和访谈法,对周口市Y幼儿园开展角色游戏时教师的指导进行了观察和分析。发现存在以下问题:教师创设角色游戏的主题单一,内容更换率低;教师指导角色游戏以直接干预为主;教师指导只关注幼儿的认知发展,忽视了情感体验;角色游戏评价形式单一。在此基础上,提出一些幼儿园教师指导角色游戏的策略:教师为幼儿创设丰富的角色游戏主题;教师有效的参与到角色游戏中;教师重视幼儿的情感体验;角色游戏评价要注重评价形式的多样化。82038

The Current Situation and Strategies of Techear’s Guidance in the Role-play Games of Nursery School
----- A Case Study of Y Kindergarten Shift
Abstract: Game is the main form of activity in children’s early childhood lives,and playing role games is a vital stage among the toddlers’ games and life experiences’ accumulation。 Teacher’s guidance play a critical role during children’s development。 In view of this, this paper makes survey and analysis in teachers’ strategy in role-play in the kindergarten in zhoukou city through observation and interviews。 We found the following problems: the role-play games that the teacher designed has monotonous theme and low change rate and teachers used to intervene directly in the game; the teacher’s guidance only focus on children’ cognitive development, but neglects student’s emotional experience。 On this basis, we put forward some strategy for kindergarten teachers to guide role-playing games: made more themes in the role-playing games; teachers participate in role-playing games effectively; teachers should pay attention to children’s emotional experience; they should also pay attention to the persification of forms。
