摘要:当今社会日新月异,竞争激烈,给人们的生活家庭各方面都带来了很多心理压力,很多人会陷入职业倦怠的状态。教师作为一个典型的助人职业,职业倦怠的高发人群,指教师对于工作中不能顺利应对的问题,和在长期压力体验下所产生的极端反应。幼儿教师也与其他教师不同,他们面对的是处在萌芽期的幼儿,需要付出比其他教师更多的精力,更容易产生职业倦怠。因此揭示影响幼儿教师职业倦怠的因素,有针对性地采取应对措施,是当务之急。本论文对周口市K幼儿园的50名教师进行调查,研究其职业倦怠的影响因素并作分析,发现待遇过低,合法权益得不到保障;工作任务繁重,精神压力巨大;幼儿教师的专业发展需要得不到满足;社会支持力度不强,认可度可尊重度不够是引起职业倦怠的主要因素,根据结果提出缓解策略有政府应加大扶持力度,提高幼儿教师的工资待遇;幼儿园要科学管理,加强人文关怀;及时满足幼儿教师的专业发展;政府应加大扶持力度,建构合理有效的社会支持体系。82180
