摘要中央一号文件持续聚焦“三农”问题，农业问题一直得到充分关注。我国长期以牺牲环境为代价发展农业，片面追求经济效益，发展可持续的生态农业是我国农业发展的必由之路。本文从生态农业的内涵、特征和发展模式出发，结合生态农业在我国发展所取得成就和存在问题的现状，探究了我国生态农业存在问题的原因，探析了国外生态农业的发展模式与启示，进而从转变农民观念提高素质、加大推广力度和科技投入、建设生态农业保障体系等角度给出基本对策和建议，以期促进我国生态农业的发展。86584

Analysis on the present situation and countermeasures of ecological agriculture in China

Abstract The recent “Central First Document” of the government of China continues concentrating on the problems concerning agriculture, rural areas and farmers, which have been fully focused on for a long time。 As a matter of  fact, The agriculture in our country, either in the past or nowadays, has been developed at the expense of destroying environment and laying one-sided emphasis on economic efficiency。 Consequently, many problems have emerged。 As a result, sustainable development becomes the only way to ecological agriculture of our country。 From the characteristics and pattern of agriculture, this paper perceptively provides some suggestions and strategies on changing the farmers old-fashion farming notion into favoring sustainable development, exploring the reasons of the problems of ecological agriculture, analyzing the development model in foreign countries and enlightenment of ecological agriculture, increasing more investment such as modern technology in agriculture and establishing the security system both for agriculture and farmers in response to the problems emerging recent years during the development of our agriculture, which, though, has obtained some kind of success。 At the same time, this paper might make some difference to the development of agriculture of our country。
