On the International Experience in Overseas Business of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China Abstract: With the rapid development of China's economic, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in the overseas business activities. There are some successful experience, such as distinct market position,makeing full use of the advantages of strategic alliance, seeking actively the support of the government, paying attention to independent innovation, but also the lessons of failure, such as lacking obvious advantages because of the low competition level, attaching not enough importance to cultivation and introduction of international business management personnel, and can not fully adapt to the overseas cultural differences. The small and medium-sized enterprise must make a proper strategic which should fits the characteristic of enterprise in the process of overseas business.
