摘    要 随着贸易全球化、经济一体化的程度加深，通讯交通等领域的飞快发展，给各国之间的贸易往来提供了极大的便利，作为中流砥柱的中小型外贸企业，迅速崛起，并在暗潮汹涌的国际贸易中取得一席之地。但由于我国过去特殊的市场贸易体制，发展较晚，相比于西方各个发达的商业国家，犹如一个新生儿一般的娇弱，并且在外贸过程中对于信用风险问题的不重视，在这快速的发展过程中，造成了极大的风险隐患，如今，这隐患慢慢浮出水面，却只是冰山一角，如果不及时引起重视的话，外贸发展道路肯定会困难重重。90105

论文通过对我国中小外贸企业的经营管理特征的分析，从内外环境双向调查了中小外贸企业在出口信用方面发生的各种原因，进而客观分析出中小外贸企业在出口贸易中面临的多种信用风险问题，让外贸企业管理者认识到出口信用风险对企业的重要程度，并且运用比较分析法从国外先进的管理模式得出经验，最后找寻如何构建属于我国中小外贸企业对于出口信用风险管理的理论框架和具体做法。
