内容摘要   随着两孩政策的全面实施，女性生育、工作中性别歧视等问题再次成为了关注的焦点。本文将使用中国健康与营养调查数据，以第一胎子女性别作为工具变量，利用简单工资方程回归，分析我国性别收入差异，发现性别收入差异确实存在，且存在扩大的趋势；更进一步利用固定效应模型，分析生育对我国女性工资率的影响，发现生育对男性和女性都有负面的影响，但女性受到的影响将近男性的两倍，说明生育确实是导致职业性别差异的因素。最后提出了劳动力市场消除性别歧视、政府出台相关的法律法规以保护女性合法权益的政策建议。90101

Abstract    With the full implementation of the two-child policy, Female fertility, gender discrimination in the workplace and other issues once again become the focus of public attention。 This paper will use the data of China's health and nutrition survey and use the first child gender as a tool variable。 Using the Simple Wage Equation Regression to analyze the difference of gender income in China, founding that gender income differences do exist, and there is an expanding trend。We test the motherhood penalty hypothesis with fixed-effect models。 We found that fertility has a significant negative influence on both of women and men,but the influence of women is two times that of men。This proves that the fertility led to the gender difference in career。Finally we call on the labor market to eliminate gender discrimination, the Government introduced the relevant laws and regulations to protect the legitimate rights and interests of women policy recommendations。
