摘 要：随着石油和其他燃料的缺乏和国际社会对气候环境的重视，新能源汽车慢慢在整个汽车行业占据着一席之地。而且我国传统汽车近几年出口量有所下滑，所以发展新能源汽车填补传统汽车行业的不足也成为各汽车行业刻不容缓的紧急战略。江苏省新能源汽车出口量占全国新能源汽车出口总量的四分之一，苏州金龙汽车联合工业有限公司新能源汽车出口处于领先地位。所以本文以苏州金龙联合汽车工业有限公司为例，分析该公司近年来出口现状，然后从公司自身环境、国际外部环境和我国新能源汽车政策等方面来探讨新能源汽车出口所面临的问题。采用数据分析和案例分析的方法来分析该公司出口新能源汽车在国际市场上所面临的问题，并制定应对新能源汽车出口问题的相关对策。93545
