摘 要:以低污染、低能耗、低排放为发展要求的低碳经济时代来临,城市是低碳经济的最佳落脚点,城市土地的合理利用是实现城市低碳经济的重要途径,可以最大化减少碳化物的排放量,实现经济发展的良性循环。本文采用徐州市1996年、2001年、2006年、2011年、2016年的土地利用变更数据,利用复合指标法,核算出徐州市各个年份城市空间紧凑度;利用相应年份全社会用电量数据,将用电量转化为煤炭消费量,再将煤炭消费量再转化为碳排放量。利用能源消费模型和碳排放强度模型,核算出徐州市基于空间产业基础的土地利用碳排放强度,并分析城市空间紧凑度与碳排放强度之间的关联。研究结论表明:(1)近二十年来,徐州空间紧凑度在1996年到2016年期间有所增大,整体水平不高,而城市土地利用的碳排放强度一直在增大,增长幅度远超空间紧凑度;(2)其次生活与生产空间碳排放强度远远大于交通产业空间碳排放强度,农业产业空间则占很小比例,因此,生活与生产空间和交通产业空间应作为土地利用规划调整的重点区域;(3)未来随着城市发展趋于稳定,能源利用科技的进步,碳排放强度也会减小,最后趋于稳定。94478

Abstract:With low pollution, low energy consumption, low emission of low carbon eco¬¬nomic development of the times coming, the city is the best foothold of low carbon economy。 reasonable utilization of city land is an important way to realize the city of low carbon economy, and it can greatly reduce the emissions of carbide, to achieve a virtuous cycle of economic development。 In this paper, adopting the land use change data of Xuzhou city in 1996, 2001,2006,2011,2016, and the composite index method are used to calculate the spatial compactness of city in the year of Xuzhou。 By using the data of the whole society electricity consumption in the corresponding years, the electricity consumption will be transformed into the coal consumption, and then the coal consumption will be converted into the carbon emissions。 Based on the model of energy consumption and carbon emission intensity, this paper calculates the carbon emission intensity of land use in Xuzhou, and analyzes the relationship between urban spatial compactness and carbon emission intensity。 Research conclusions show: (1) In the past twenty years, the spatial compactness of Xuzhou has increased in the period from 1996 to 2016, the overall level is not high, and the intensity of carbon emissions of urban land use has been increasing, the growth rate is far more than the space compactness;(2) Second life and production space of carbon emission intensity is far greater than the space transportation industry carbon emission intensity, agricultural industrial space accounted for a small proportion, so the life and production of space and space transportation industry should be the focus of regional planning and adjustment of land use;(3) In the future, with the steady development of the city and the progress of energy utilization technology, the intensity of carbon emissions will be reduced, and finally become stable。源C于H优J尔W论R文M网WwW.youeRw.com 原文+QQ752-018766
