前言
河南是一个农业大省、农业人口大省，解决好三农问题成为河南省经济和谐发展的重要组成部分。随着农业和农村经济结构战略性调整的不断推进，农产品加工业的发展越来越成为促进农业增效、农民增收的重要领域。农产品加工企业作为农业产业化的龙头，其带动作用巨大。近些年来，虽然河南省的农业经济取得了一个很大的进步，但是农产品生产加工还是建立在传统农业的基础上的。随着生产经营模式的扩大，一些农产品生产加工方面的劣势逐渐显现出来。为了使我省的农产品加工取得长远的发展，这就要求应该对我省的农产品生产加工进行系统的分析，找出制约我省农产品生产加工的因素，并针对这些因素，提出相应的解决方法。
一、河南省农产品生产加工的优势
（一）农业常用可耕地面积及人力资源丰富
根据2014中国统计年鉴显示，截止到2013年年河南省的农作物总播种面积为14323.5千公顷，占全国总播种面积的8.7%，居全国第一位。其中粮食播种的总面积为10081.8千公顷，仅次于黑龙江省的11564.4千公顷，居全国第二位，占全国粮食总播种面积的9.0%；油料作物总的播种面积为1589.9千公顷，占全国总的油料作物总面积的11.3%，居全国第一位；棉花总的播种面积达186.7千公顷，占全国的比重有所下降，仅4.2%，居全国第优尔位。从以上数据可以看出来，河南省的一些优质农产品的耕种面积在全国均居前列。据2013年全国人口普查显示我省的总人口数为10543万人，其中农村人口占62.30%，达6568万人。同时，据河南省统计局统计，截止到2013年底，我省乡镇人员平均工资比东南部省份低40%左右[1]，发展农产品加工行业的劳务成本较低。可耕种面积资源以及人力资源的丰富，使我省的农产品加工环境相比较于其他省份来说，占据了较大的优势，能够很好的促进我省的农产品加工行业的发展。
