The problem analysis of steel export trade in China
Abstract：Steel industry is lifeline of our national economic development, the development of which is always core of our national economic development. With the policy of Reforming and Opening, the quantity of our national steel product achieved largely promotion. And steel industry also moves towards modernization step by step. With the advancing of economic globalization and trade liberalization, our national steel export trade has developed prosperously. With the continuously development of our national steel export trade, there are several existing problems showing, such as, the quality of our national steel products is too low, the export market of our national steel is too single, and our national steel export trade barrier is more than other countries. In order to achieve the qualitative development of our national steel export trade, we should come up with feasible suggestion from existing problems, such as, improving the quality of steel products, broadening the overseas markets of steel export trade, and guiding enterprises to avoid the international trade barriers in the steel export trade.

我国钢铁出口贸易问题分析
前言
钢铁业在我国国民经济发展过程中占据重要地位,钢铁产业的发展直接影响到我国钢铁出口贸易的发展。我国钢铁产业在经历高速发展的时期以后，出现了许多问题，尤其是在2008年金融危机以后，我国钢铁产业出现产能过剩，生产成本增加，国际市场呈现疲软态势。其中，一方面，这与我国钢铁产品的质量和性能有关，我国钢铁产品大多是低端材质，对于一些航天航空领域等高端领域涉足较少；另一方面，这也与外国政府对于我国钢铁产品实行的反垄断、反倾销措施有关，这些措施的实行使得我国在国际市场上的份额缩小很多，使得我国钢铁产品输出到海外市场受到很大的限制。
随着人口红利逐渐向东南亚、非洲地区转移，我国的人力成本优势逐渐消失。因此，促进我国钢铁产业的转型才是我国钢铁出口贸易发展的根本之路。一方面，促进我国钢铁出口贸易的发展，需要淘汰我国落后的技术设备，加强我国钢铁产品的研发能力，增加钢铁产品的附加值，提高钢铁产品的质量，实现在钢铁出口贸易中“以质取胜”。另一方面，促进我国钢铁出口贸易的发展，也需要运用政府的对外政策和新兴的网络营销手段，拓宽我国钢铁出口贸易的渠道，实现我国钢铁出口市场的多样化。除此之外，促进我国钢铁出口贸易的发展，还需要完善现有的对外贸易预警机制，强化政府在出口贸易中的引导作用，引导企业规避贸易壁垒，积极应对贸易摩擦。
