摘要民营银行作为中国银行业中发展必不可少的一个组成部分，不仅对银行业有重大的影响，也有利于中国经济的建设和发展。民营银行的成长一向遭到限制，这使得中国银行业的商业化变革于今仍没有获得一定的起色，成为阻挡中国经济改革与前进的瓶颈。文章从民营银行设立的背景出发，对未来民营银行的发展进行预测，以中国民生银行为例对民营银行的发展空间展开分析，为民营银行的更好发展提出相应对策。51344

本文分为五个部分，第一，民营银行的背景和必要性，是社会主义经济发展的必然产物。定义了本文的理论基础、研究对象和方法。第二，定义了民营银行的观念及民营银行存在的问题。第三,以中国民生银行为例，具体的分析了民生银行发展现状及优劣势，通过深入分析民生银行，能够以小见大，更好的研究民营银行。第四，具体的阐述了民营银行的发展阻力，通过内部和外部的因素进行分析。第五，根据民营银行的风险提出相应的对策，并提出了政府支持民营银行的政策建议。

Abstract

Private Banks as an indispensable part of a development in China's banking industry, not only has significant influence on the banking sector, but also to the construction and development of Chinese economy. The growth of the private bank has always been restricted, which makes the commercialization of China's banking reform and this still didn't get a certain improvement, which becomes the bottleneck blocks China's economic reformation and progress. This article starts from the background of private bank establishment and forecasts the future development of private bank, CMBC, for example space launches the analysis to the development of private bank, for the better development of private bank put forward the corresponding countermeasures.

This article is pided into five parts. First, the background and necessity of private bank, is the inevitable outcome of socialist economic development. It defines the theory, objects and methods to research. The second part, defines the notion of private Banks and private Banks existing problems, and further expounds the private bank is of practical significance.
