摘 要:网络电子技术的逐渐发展和成熟使电子商务交易变得越来越普遍,但竞争也日趋激烈。从消费者购物选择网络平台的角度看,C2C购物交易平台仍然是消费者进行网上购物的首选,因此C2C电子商务在现代社会具有很强的发展潜力。针对C2C电子商务的发展,培养顾客忠诚对C2C企业来说至关重要。本文通过对C2C电子商务的发展现状进行分析,同时对C2C电子商务环境的顾客忠诚进行分析,揭示了影响C2C顾客忠诚的顾客满意、商家诚信、支付安全、物流配送等因素,并且针对这些因素提出了相应的顾客忠诚培养途径。7622

C2C Electronic Commerce Environment of Customer Loyalty Management Research
Abstract: With the gradually development of electronic technology and mature e-commerce transactions becoming more and more common, the competition is increasingly fierce. From the perspective of the consumer shopping choice network platform of C2C shopping platform still is the first choice for consumers shopping on the Internet, so the C2C e-commerce has a strong development potential in modern society. According to the development of C2C e-commerce, cultivate customer loyalty for C2C enterprise is very important. This article through carries on the analysis about the present situation of the development of C2C e-commerce, and customer loyalty in C2C e-commerce environment were analyzed, and reveals the influence C2C logistics distribution of customer loyalty, integrity, payment security, customer satisfaction, and according to these factors put forward the corresponding way to cultivate customer loyalty.
