Huawei Terminal Marketing Strategies
Abstract:Under the enormous tides of market-oriented economy, marketing has become the third necessary ascending channel besides two well-known factors as the production and talent, if the enterprise want to survive and achieve brilliant achievements. We can see that with the increasing fierce competition of the market, many firms will face an important issue that the formulations of marketing strategies and the choice of marketing modes. In this paper, I took Huawei Terminal Company as an example and made a simple analysis of its marketing strategies combine with the Marketing Theony of 4Ps, Brand Value Theony and the theony og Database marketing to point out the problems that existing in the marketing strategies. Then I gave some corresponding suggestions and I hope that they can provide some useful reference for the further development of Huawei.
