摘要多元化经营战略是现代企业普遍采用的战略之一,然而多元化是一把“双刃剑”,只有合理的开展多元化才能给企业带来良好的绩效。本论文以多元化经营理论及公司绩效评价理论为基础,介绍了我国家电制造企业多元化发展及绩效状况,以专业化率来度量各家电企业的多元化程度,以净资产收益率、销售毛利率、主营业务收入增长率、资产负债率四项指标来衡量公司绩效,分析了2010年我国22家上市家电企业的绩效。进一步地,本文又选取了我国家电制造业中的典型代表企业——青岛海尔与格力电器进行详细的案例分析。7981

Title Study on the performance of listed corporations in China ——Taking the household electrical appliance industry as an example
Abstract
Diversification strategy is widely adopted in modern enterprises. However, it is a "double-edged sword".Based on the theories of persification strategy and corporate performance evaluation, this paper introduced the persification and performance of home appliance manufacturing enterprises .Using specialization rate to measure the degree of persification, the rate of return on net assets, sales gross profit rate, the growth rate of business income, assets and liabilities rate to measure company performance, this paper analyzed the performance of 22 Chinese listed household electrical appliance enterprises.Further,this paper selected two representative companies in the electrical appliance industry -- Qingdao Haier and Gree Electric to conduct case analysis.
