摘要近几年随着全球化的风波,国际经济关系变得越来越开放,各国之间的贸易和国际投资也越来越频繁。上世纪八十年代末为止,大多数发展中国家依靠着国际援助和其他国家的无偿援助等资金来源来设自己的国家。但是1990-2000年之间上述依靠着各国援助的情况发生变化,发展中国家开始摸索稳定的经济第二来源。结果对发展中国家来讲外国直接投资成为了资本最大来源。换句话来讲近几年外国直接投资对发展中国家资本资金形成重要来源,不仅给投资国家带来资本,也会带去一些新的科技技术,增加就业机会,增加税务收入,传达市场管理方面的新经验等其他相关作用.从而会对该国的经济起着重要的作用。随着世界上外国直接投资的增加蒙古国的外国直接投资也有所增加。这是因为1990年以来蒙古国对经济和政策结构进行调整,1993年首次制定 “外国投资有关法”, 制定一些吸引外资的优惠政策有关。比如：减免税务优惠政策，提供资金援助，把国营工业转入私有化，提供有关法律保障的投资环境。62090

1995年到1996年间平均每年引进3000-4000万美元的外国投资，现在每年平均引进外国投资额3亿美元以上。至前年为止进入蒙古国的外国投资额达16亿美元，对我国的经济增长中起着极大的推动作用。这也足以表明了对国家的经济增长等的一个重大因素是外国直接投资量的增多。

通过本研究试图得出蒙古国的长期以来的外国投资请款和经济增长之间的关系，根据1990-2013之间的战略数据，蒙古国的外国直接投资情况，发展未来等。

ABSTRACT   In recent years, with the storm of globalization, international economic relations has become increasingly open and international investment between countries are becoming more frequent the of the eighties of last centry, most developing countries rely on international assistance and other countries in aid, and other sources of funding to biuld their own country.

    Rely on the assistance of all countries in the 1990-2000 change, developing countries began to experiment with a stable economy from a secondary source. The results of the developong countries in terms of foreign direct investment has become the largest source of capital.

In other words, the past few years in terms of foreign direct investment funds form an imortant source of capital in devekoping countries, not only bring capital to the investor countries, will bring some new technology, to increase employment opportunities, increase tax revenue to convey the market management other relevant aspects of the new experience. Thus the country’s economy plays an important role. With the word’s foreign direct investment to increase Mongolia’s foreign direct investment has also increased. This is because in 1990,since the Mongolian economic and policy structure adjustment, and an first enacted in 1993 related to foreign investment law, to formulate some preferential policies to attract foreign investment related. For example:a reduction to provide legal guarantee for the investment environment.

1995 to 1996, average annual import of 30 to 40 million dollars of foreign investment, an annual average of the introduction of foriegn investment of more than 300millian U.S.dollars. So far into the foriegn investment in Mongolia amounted to $1.6 billion, plays a great role in promoting China’s economic growth. It also sufficient to show the country’s economic growth is a major factor in the increase in foreign direct investment.

This study attemps to come to Mongolia’s long-standing relationship between foreign investment and economic drowth, according to the strategic data between 1900-2013, Mongolian foreign Direct Investment in the development of the future.
