摘要中小企业在我国现行经济体制下发展迅猛，是促进社会稳定和经济增长的重要力量。但中小企业在社会市场经济中还是处于较弱的竞争地位，尤其在目前严峻的经济形势下，大多中小企业面临着危机。作为企业日常经营管理的重心工作之一，成本管理在企业日常生产经营实践中起着相当重要的作用，然而目前我国中小企业成本管理中存在着许多问题，如何解决这些问题将成为企业在激烈竞争的环境下生存、发展并且保持较高赢利水平的关键。本文主要回顾了国内外成本管理的研究成果，介绍了目前我国中小企业成本管理的现状，分析了存在的问题并根据实际制定出切实可行的成本控制对策，以促进中小企业的发展。63885

Abstract

Under the modern economic system, small-and-middle sized enterprises(SMEs) are developing rapidly as an important force of power in the social development.But facing the fierce competition,the SMEs are at a weak position.As one of the most important part in daily management, cost management plays a vital role in practice.How to improve the professional level of cost management has been the core measure to improve the benefiency of enterprises.This paper looked back on the past study on cost management control,gave a bried introduction to the current situation of the SMEs cost management, analyzied the existing problems and provied pratical solutions to promote the development of SMEs.
