摘要多哈回合谈判始于2001年11月，但是在谈判过程中，因为涉及到各方利益的进退取舍，谈判始终十分艰难。多哈回合启动以来，谈判进程一波三折。多哈回合谈判是我国首次参与的多边关税减让谈判，作为重要的发展中成员之一，我国在多哈回合的谈判中积极探索，不断提出建设性意见，为推动多哈回合谈判做出了积极贡献。本文主要是从对多哈回合谈判的介绍以及对2001年以来中国参与多哈回合谈判的历程的回顾，结合多哈回合谈判中中国所起的作用及对中国的影响，深入分析我国在多哈回合谈判中的立场及策略定位，并给出未来政策调整的策略建议。65946

Title  An Analysis of China's Position and Strategic Positioning in the Doha Round Negotiations           

Abstract

Doha Round negotiations began in November，2001. In the negotiation process, because it involves the interests of all parties , negotiation is always very difficult. Since the start of the Doha Round negotiations, process twists and turns. For China, Doha Round is the first time to participate in multilateral negotiations on tariff reductions, as an important member of the developing countries, our country actively explore and put forward constructive ideas in the Doha Round negotiations . To promote the Doha Round negotiations, China makes a positive contribution. This article will start with introducing the introduction of the Doha Round negotiations and China's participation in the Doha Round negotiations. Then the article will combines with the role of China in Doha Round negotiations and it's influence on China, analysis in-depth of the China's position and tactics in Doha Round negotiations. Last raise the policy suggestions to our future policy.
