摘要酿酒行业经过了十年发展的黄金时期，近年，各种负面事件层出不穷，上市公司的股票价格也经历了较大幅度的波动。本文在简单的介绍我国酿酒行业2012年发生的重大事件的基础上，综述国内外关于股票价格影响因素的研究现状，简要介绍我国酿酒行业市场情况和酿酒行业上市公司概况。重点对我国酿酒行业上市公司股票价格影响因素进行具体的分析：通过列举反垄断调查事件来说明国家政策对酿酒行业上市公司股票价格的影响；其次，通过一元回归分析，分析了经济状况对我国酿酒行业上市公司股票价格的影响；第三，通过对茅台公司进行财务分析和塑化剂事件来分析公司经营状况对酿酒行业上市公司股票价格的影响。最后对酿酒行业的发展趋势进行了简单预测。65958

Abstract

Wine-making industry after ten years the golden period of development, in recent years, the events emerge in endlessly, the listed company's share price performance is not satisfied. By way of introduction, this paper simply introduces the wine-making industry event happened in 2012, and then summarizes the domestic and foreign research status about the stock price influence factors, then describes the wine-making industry market situation and the industry listed company profile. Then for the wine-making industry in our country listed company stock price impact factor carried on the concrete analysis, first of all, illustrates an antitrust investigation event to illustrate the national policy of wine-making industry the impact of stock prices of listed companies; Second, by a  regression analysis, this paper analyzes the state of the economy to our country the wine-making industry the impact of stock prices of listed companies; Then, through the MaoTai company in financial analysis and plasticizer event to analyze company of wine-making industry listed company stock price impact. Finally a simple forecast about the development trend of wine-making industry.
