摘要：随着经济全球化和贸易自由化的大步发展、不断深入，传统的关税壁垒和众多复杂繁琐的非关税壁垒已经很难在各国贸易保护中起到什么决定性的作用，都逐渐被消除，各国为保护本国贸易所采取的手段都越发的隐蔽复杂。在当今这样的知识经济时代，知识产权壁垒因其隐蔽性和复杂性，而被很多发达国家作为一种重要的保护手段。发达国家在知识产权的掌握方面优势明显，而像我国这样经济发展迅猛的发展中国家，也不可避免的成为了各个发达国家重点实施知识产权壁垒的对象。我国目前所面对的知识产权壁垒问题还是十分严峻的，这会在很大程度上对我国商品出口产生直接的影响，对这一课题的研究也是势在必行。在本文中，将首先阐明什么是知识产权壁垒，并介绍其表现方式和特点，在此基础上深入研究我国面临这一问题的现状及问题产生的原因，从而给出一些具有针对性的对策及措施以缓解这一严峻问题。71784

Analysis of Intellectual Property Barriers in China's Foreign Trade

Abstract: With the globalization of economy and the continuous development of trade liberalization, the traditional tariffs and all kinds of complicated non-tariff barriers are constantly being eliminated. Followed by it, the trade protection became more and more hidden and complex. Intellectual property barriers - under the current knowledge economy, a new type of trade barriers has been adopted by many developed countries as an important means of protecting their economies and combating their competitors. This kind of protection has also attracted the attention of many countries in the world. And China as a rapid economic development of the developing countries, but also become one of the largest victims of the country, by many other developed countries as the implementation of intellectual property barriers to the object. In the current economic era, due to the protection of intellectual property rights caused by international trade friction and disputes more and more extensive, the subject of intellectual property barriers to carry out in-depth research and analysis is imperative, intellectual property barriers to China's exports of products direct impact, which has become an important task in front of us.
