摘要:随着经济全球化和移动互联网的不断发展,智能手机行业发展迅猛。智能手机产业已经成为现代制造业和科技创新产业的重要组成部分,目前正处于快速发展的阶段,很多国家的企业对于智能手机的研发投资也在逐步加大。本文在借鉴国内外智能手机产业发展经验以及理性思考华为手机出口发展现状的基础上,使用SWOT分析方法,通过运用企业核心竞争力、多元化战略、战略管理等专业理论知识,全面地对华为手机出口发展现状的优势和劣势、机会和威胁等进行分析,并以战略对策研究分析为切入点,提出加大研发投入、继续保持创新性、注重品牌营销和体验营销、因地制宜,本土化服务客户等战略对策,厘清华为智能手机出口趋势,提升华为智能手机的品牌效应和出口竞争力。77523
