摘要跨境电商是指分属不同关境的交易主体，通过电子商务平台达成交易、进行支付结算，并通过跨境物流送达商品、完成交易的一种国际商业活动。跨境电商不仅打破了国与国之间的隔阂，还起着引导世界贸易格局的变革。近几年，在各种跨境电商的崛起中，我国的跨境电商发展异常迅速，尤其是以浙江为代表的跨境电商贸易表现抢眼。然而面对如此发展迅速的跨境电商，跨境物流却跟不上这个步伐，我国现期跨境物流受到信息流、政策、环境、云计算能力、开拓成本等多方面因素限制，要想从内到外发展跨境物流供应链，物流企业必须重视跨境物流体系的建设，结合全球性战略，通过对不同类型的跨境电商企业产品，制定和布局不同的跨境物流体系，加强双方的合作，共同升级跨境物流。88650

本文主要从浙江跨境出口电商发展的现状结合未来趋势，给物流企业带来新的机遇和挑战，并从现在的跨境物流体系的衍生和发展，分析其局限性和单一性结构，针对如何在机遇和挑战面前，如何优化自己的跨境物流供应链结构，做到更为专业性、正式性、系统性、全球性、定制性等。

Abstract Cross-border electricity business means the trade belong to different customs        frontier subject, through the e-commerce platform of a deal, the payment and settlement, and through the cross-border logistics delivery goods, complete the transaction of a kind of international business activities。 Cross-border electricity not only broke the barriers between countries, also plays a guide to the world trade pattern changes。 In recent years, the rise in all sorts of cross-border electricity, exceptionally rapid cross-border electricity development in our country, especially represented by zhejiang cross-border trade strong electricity。 However, in the face of such a rapid development of cross-border electronic business, but couldn't keep up with the pace of cross-border logistics, our country current cross-border logistics by information flow, policy, environment, cloud computing ability, pioneering cost factors such as limit, from inside to outside developing cross-border logistics supply chain, logistics enterprises must attach importance to the construction of cross-border logistics system, combining with the global strategy, based on the different types of cross-border electricity business enterprise product, formulation and the layout of different cross-border logistics system, strengthen the cooperation of both sides, cross-border logistics common upgrade。

This article mainly from the present situation of the development of zhejiang cross-border export electricity in combination with the future trend, bring new opportunities and challenges for logistics enterprises, and from the current cross-border derivatives and development of the logistics system, analyzes its limitations and single structure, aiming at how to in front of the opportunities and challenges, how to optimize their cross-border logistics supply chain structure, and be more professional, formal, systematic, global, custom etc。
