摘要本文在了解我国农村土地流转的起因、发展现状和意义的基础上，分析平湖模式对农村土地经营权有序流转的示范作用和对农业现代化建设的重要意义。并且以国家试点“平湖农村土地流转规范化管理”模式为研究对象，从农村土地流转规范化管理推进农村土地经营权有序流转的角度，具体分析了平湖模式的发展历程、基本经验和优劣势。对其合理有效措施借鉴并吸收，对其中存在的问题提出相应的建议。以平湖市新埭镇的土地流转试点工作为基础，结合我国在农村土地方面的新举措，引申出对我国农村土地有序流转的进一步思考。农村土地有序流转需要创新思维，明晰产权归属；加强土地流转合同的科学化管理；科学确定土地流转规模。88654
