摘要：经济全球化发展形势推动了全球贸易的繁荣，而科学技术的发展也不断促使国际贸易方式的转变，电子商务时代随之来临。顺应时代发展潮流，我国积极参与国际间间贸易往来，跨境电子商务对我国贸易的影响也随之明显。跨境电子商务是长期外贸发展而产先生的一种新型贸易方式，对提高我国跨境电子商务商品的品牌竞争力，扩大海外贸易销售，推进我国跨境电商转型升级具有十分重大的影响力。2012 年，我国先后在上海、杭州、宁波、重庆、和郑州五个城市分别开展跨境电子商务服务试点，这标志着我国跨境电子商务进入一个崭新发展的阶段。研究跨境电子商务，探索我国跨境电子商务发展轨迹，本文以杭州跨境电子商务综合试验区为例，通过对杭州综试区跨境电子商务的发展现状的研究，来发现问题，并提出相应的解决办法。80345
