摘要：近年来，我国鞋类产品出口额连续增长，与此同时针对我国鞋类产品的反倾销呼声在国际上也愈加高涨。鉴于国际市场日益饱和的现状以及滥用自由贸易的行为对各国经济造成严重的影响，国际上倾销与反倾销之间的矛盾也越加激烈。反倾销案件的增加，严重影响了我国企业的发展，甚至影响我国对外贸易的发展。本文通过对我国制鞋企业频遭国外反倾销的现状和影响的介绍，分析了国外对华反倾销的原因，进而发现我国鞋企被立案进行反倾销调查数量较多的因素，并且通过案例分析从企业、行业协会和政府三个角度提出我国鞋企对于反倾销审查如何合理避免的应对的策略。81268

Research on Anti - dumping Problem of Chinese Footwear

Abstract：In recent years, the export volume of China's footwear products has been increasing continuously。 At the same time, the anti-dumping calls for China's footwear products are becoming more and more popular in the world。 In view of the increasingly saturated situation of the international market and the abuse of free trade, it has a serious impact on the economy of all countries, and the contradiction between dumping and anti-dumping is more and more fierce。 The increase of anti-dumping cases has seriously affected the development of China's enterprises, and even affected the development of China's foreign trade。 This paper on China's shoe anti-dumping case status and influence are introduced, analyzed the reasons of anti-dumping, and found that China's shoe enterprises is to initiate anti-dumping investigation of a large number of factors, and through the case analysis, put forward China's shoe anti-dumping review for how to avoid the response from the enterprise the government, industry associations and the three aspects of strategy。
