摘要：近年来，河南省对外贸易发展速度较快，外贸进出口规模不断创历史新高，其中进口贸易在经济的发展过程中也发挥着重要作用。河南省进口贸易在不断发展的同时，进口贸易的结构也不断得到优化，贸易方式、贸易主体、贸易市场和贸易产品都向着多元化发展。但是仍然存在着加工贸易占据主导；市场的集中度较高；私营企业发展缓慢和进口产品的技术含量低的问题。因此仍需要加大进口贸易的发展，不断调整进口贸易的结构，积极促进多种贸易方式的发展，开拓新型的市场，加大对本土企业的支持，鼓励民营企业走出去和大力发展高附加值的产品等。进而推动贸易结构的合理转变，实现经济的良好发展。83709

Import Trade Structure and Optimization Strategy of Henan   Province

Abstract ：In recent years, foreign trade in henan province has developed rapidly。 Import and export scale of foreign trade constantly achieves the highest record。 And import trade plays an important role in development of economy。 Import trade in henan province gets constant development, at the same time, the structure of import trade makes continuous optimization, its modes of trade, trading subjects, trading market and trading goods also acquire persified development。 However, there are many problems that processing trade still holds dominant position, market concentration is high, provide enterprises develop slowly and technical content of imported products is low。 Hence, the development of import trade should be reinforced, structure of import and export trade should be adjusted constantly, development of persified modes of trade should be improved actively, the market should be expanded and support to local enterprises should be intensified。 And we still encourage private enterprises to go out and to develop products with high additional value。 In order to achieve the good development of economy, reasonable transformation of trade structure in henan province should be improved further。
