摘要信息技术的发展日新月异，各种层出不穷的信息技术如多媒体技术、远程网络等给传统教育带来了新的冲击与。这些新技术有望解决传统教育固有的弊端，解放传统教学活动对空间和时间的限制，使得教学活动更加多样，有趣和高效。作业管理作为教学活动中的重要环节，对教学质量有着重要的影响。如何利用便捷的技术来对作业进行高效的管理是当前一项热门且重要的课题。

当前高校作业的提交方式主要是通过纸质文件或者电子邮件等途径，这导致了老师对学生作业的管理相对低效且混乱的状况，且容易造成师生交流阻碍、教育资源利用率低下等问题。为了适应在互联网时代下高校教学模式的转变，同时结合学院的实际需求，因此设计并实现了一个小型的高校作业管理系统。该系统采用模块化设计思想，拥有多个用户角色，不同角色拥有的权限不尽相同。系统能模拟学生用户、教师用户及管理员等角色，满足不同用户的使用需求。同时，本系统采用B/S架构的开发模式。用户不需要安装特定客户端软件，只需要一个浏览器软件即可使用本系统。本系统具有界面友好，操作简单，运行稳定，维护便利等特点，预计能改善高校作业管理的混乱局面。86964

Abstract With the rapid development of information technology, information technology, such as multimedia and remote network, has brought new impact and revolution to the traditional education。 Network and other technologies have solved the inherent drawbacks of traditional education, and liberate the constraints of space and times in traditional education, so that educational activities can became more interesting, efficient and perse。 Homework, as an important part of education, has a pivotal role。 How to make use of the technology to manage the work efficiently is a hot and important topic。

At present,homework is mostly submitted by paper files or e-mail, which causes the inefficient and chaotic management,。It is easy to cause problems like communication barriers between teachers and students and low utilization of educational resources as well。This homework management system is designed to adapt to the change of education model and to satify the need of college。This system is developed by thought of module,and possesses a number of roles。 Different roles have different preferences and function modules so that this system can simulate roles like students,teachers and administrators to satisfy the need of all kinds of users。At the same time, the system is  based on the B / S architecture,so users do not need to install client software specific。All they need is just a browser 。This system has simple operation, complete function, stable operation, good flexibility, efficient, and can widely used。 It can be expected to improve the chaotic situation in the management of college homework。
