摘要水利是一个信息密集型行业。水利信息包括水雨情信息、汛旱灾情信息、水量水质信息、水环境信息、水工程信息等。当今的水利建设过程中,往往侧重基础设施建设,而忽视了将水利建设与信息化、智能化相结合,从而导致其信息化程度不够,不能高效地管理、利用水利设备或有效进行洪涝预警,在效能、效益方面存在欠缺。本文充分利用现代信息技术,设计并实现了水利泵站远程监控系统。引入了水文监测、控制、预测模型及算法,对基于结构化支持向量机的泄洪联动技术进行了设计,从全局的高度设计建设具有开放性的信息化集成平台,实现信息共享和业务流程优化,提高泵站管理水平、运行调度水平、装备自动化水平、防洪抗旱调度决策水平。26753
本系统主要包括采集数据处理系统、安防子系统、远程自动化操控系统以及泵站远程监控软件系统四大子系统。使用便捷的Web作为系统的展示方式,实现了泵站实时数据监控、水泵GIS信息管理、泵站信息管理、用户管理、报表管理等功能。系统通过流行的J2EE开发框架SSH框架实现Web后端的分层研发,性能优异、可扩展性强。前端采用了ExtJS以及Ajax等技术进行了页面开发,内容丰富且用户体验良好。测试证明本系统满足基本功能、性能需求。论文网
国民经济的现代化建设离不开水利现代化的保障,而水利信息化是水利现代化的基本标志和重要内容。本文成果可以直接为防洪抗旱减灾、水资源的开发、利用、配置、节约、保护等综合管理提供决策服务,提高泵站科学管理水平。

Title   Design and Implementation of the Water Pump Remote Supervisory Control System
Abstract
The water conservancy is information-intensive, which includes rain water information, floods information, water amount and quality information, water environment information and water project information. However, nowadays, in the construction of water conservancy, the fundamental infrastructures are focused while the combination of water conservancy with information technology is ignored, causing the inefficiency in both energy and profit. The paper studies and implements the Water Pump Remote Supervisory Control System, fully utilizes the advanced information technology and studies water information related monitor, control, prediction, modeling technology and design the Structured Support Vector Machine based flood prevention system in order to construct the open information integrated platform, implements information sharing and workflow optimization, rise the bump station management and auto scheduling & equipment level and promote the flood prediction level.
The Water Pump Remote Supervisory Control System mainly implements the water-aware data supporting sub-system, analysis and control system, heterogeneous communication & backup system and log report & backup system. The Web application is developed to implement the water pump data monitor, water pump GIS information management, water pump station management, user management, report management and other functions. The popular J2EE framework, as Struts, Spring and Hibernate is used to implement the backend of the web, achieving high performance and high scalability. ExtJS and Ajax are adopted to build the frontend, which embraces rich content and excellent user experience.
The modernization of national finance steps along with the modernization of water conservancy project. The informatization of water conservancy is the first step of modernization. The achievements of this paper can be used in providing decision making to prevent the floods, utilize, develop, configure and protect the water resource in order to raise water bump management level.
